Chronic Pain, Limited Mobility?

If you’re suffering from chronic pain or limited mobility, then often just stretching or strengthening is not enough. Stuck tissue layers can cause tension and be the source of pain or reduced mobility. Structural Integration assesses the full body, identifies imbalances and areas of immobile tissue and uses myofascial release techniques to improve mobility & movement, reduce body imbalances, and reduce the causes of pain.

For a specific issue, Myofascial Therapy can help, but in more complicated issues a more systematic approach to improve the whole body Structural Integration is more beneficial. Structural Integration is done in series 3 or 12 sessions.
